Units
In perspectomic terms:
A percept is the most basic unit of attention by an observer, directed across time and space. If there is a percept, there is an observer situated in space and time that is having the percept.
Past percepts collect with other percepts through experience to form concepts.
Concepts (also called beliefs) are systems which emerge from collections of percepts, and units which collect with other concepts into heuristics.
Heuristics (also called protoschemas) are systems which emerge from collections of concepts, and units which collect with other heuristics into schemas.
Schemas are systems which emerge from collections of heuristics and units which collect with other schemas to form modes.
Modes are systems which emerge from collections of schemas, and units which collect with other modes into perspectomes.
Perspectomes (also called minds, persons) are systems which emerge from collections of modes, and units which collect with other persepctomes into cosmomes.
